Service Description

FitFun Connect is a structured, inclusive social fitness and wellness community designed for adults with developmental disabilities and older adults in self-directed OPWDD services. Each session blends guided movement, functional fitness, and social engagement in a supportive environment that builds confidence, independence, and real connection. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, strengthen body awareness, and develop meaningful peer relationships while being part of a consistent, welcoming community experience.
